As a tier one supplier to B&Q, Bluestones One were extremely pleased to be asked to implement their large- scale category change known as “Decor Neutron”.
As part of this refresh, we were asked to provide end to end merchandising support to deliver a best in class inspiration area and shopping experience for its customers.

Challenges
Bluestones One merchandising teams have recently completed 49 stores and are planning to complete a further 53. Stores were completed during trading hours over a two-week period. Ensuring the sales areas were kept safe and as well as allowing the store to continue to trade we followed a carefully planned schedule designed by our project management team. As part of the project, Bluestones were also asked to be the lead team for all of B&Q’s largest, highest sales and most challenging stores in this project.
Results
Using the experience and commitment of our on-site teams and project managers we were able to overcome any issues and provide the perfect solution, bringing a whole new look into stores.
Bluestones One received fantastic feedback from the customer for the delivery and results of such a large-scale project.
