We’re delighted to announce Richy Roberts as Bluestones One’s Employee of the Month for June!

While working on one of our client sites, Richy went above and beyond his duties by stepping in to help a customer in distress. Although it was not part of his role, he took the time to comfort and console her, demonstrating genuine empathy and care. His actions made a meaningful difference and reflect the values we strive to uphold.

Richy’s calm approach, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to do the right thing have earned him the appreciation of both his colleagues and management. His natural leadership has also continued to shine through in his day-to-day role as Team Leader, where he consistently supports his team and contributes to the successful delivery of projects.

He is a role model for professionalism, kindness, and initiative. Richy embodies the qualities that Bluestones One is proud to recognise and promote across the business.

Congratulations, Richy, and thank you for your outstanding contribution.

We would also like to give a special mention to Jack Smith for his excellent work ethic on the B&Q account, and Nick Billany for consistently leading by example on our Tesco projects. Your dedication and commitment do not go unnoticed!
