Employee of the month

Each month we reward members from our team who have gone above and beyond their duties and earned Employee of the Month.

There were many nominees from the team leaders this month, however the winner was chosen due to their excellent teamwork, communication and organisation.

We’re delighted to announce that April’s Employee of the Month has been awarded to Ian Hunt.

Ian is a hard worker and excels at working with individuals and the wider team. He always communicates well, and shows top-notch ability to organise and manage small or large teams. He is a leader, individually and within any team or group. Team Leader, Steve O’Connor, has said:

“Ian is a very good worker and goes above and beyond for the company and his colleagues on-site. I’m very pleased he is on my team.”

A special mention also goes to Dan Molina and Carly Traynor who have also shown exceptional performance.

Every Employee of the Month wins a £40 voucher – congratulations, Ian!

This role also includes interaction with clients to ensure they have the faith in the business to consistently deliver their requirements. I have been in retail for over 20 years now and I have enjoyed every minute of it, the different places and challenges that the job role brings. There is no better job satisfaction than knowing our colleagues in the field deliver a high standard of service to our clients and
