We’re delighted to announce that February’s Employee of the Month has been awarded to Aleck Errington!

Aleck has been awarded Employee of the Month for demonstrating exceptional skills in collaborating with both individuals and teams. He possesses excellent communication skills, both as a leader and an attentive listener. Furthermore, he believes in sharing responsibilities and giving credit where it’s due when the team achieves success.

Aleck is very knowledgable of our organisation’s high standards and objectives and tirelessly works towards accomplishing them. He exhibits outstanding abilities in organising and leading teams, regardless of their size.

Aleck’s team leader, Mark Goulding, has said:

“Aleck has been exceptional on the B&Q plumbing rollout; Aleck has completed what were our most challenging stores so far. Every store has been completed to a very high standard without any issues. The feedback from B&Q has been very complimentary for Aleck and his team.”

A special mention also goes to Adam Russel, Simon Blakey, and Wayne Nealings who have also shown exceptional performance.

Every Employee of the Month wins a £40 voucher – well done, Aleck!
