Carly's work on all the accounts we handle is exceptional, especially on the recent B&Q Decor Neutron account. She stays calm and is helpful no matter how tough the situation is. She's great with management, always supporting her colleagues when they need it. Carly also lends a hand to team members who might be struggling, and her ideas and attitude are always positive. She goes above and beyond, even when faced with challenges caused by others. She can handle complicated situations without a problem. I can't find any negative points to mention about her.
