We’re proud to announce Brian Gudgin as our Employee of the Month!

At Bluestones One, we continue to recognise the dedication, growth and commitment shown by our team members. This month, we are delighted to announce that Brian Gudgin has been selected as our Employee of the Month.

Over the past month, Brian has gone above and beyond across multiple B&Q projects, demonstrating outstanding commitment, adaptability and leadership. After successfully completing the Equipment Coordinator role at B&Q Barking, Brian stepped up to deliver his first store closure at B&Q Carmarthen—completing it on time and to an excellent standard, with fantastic feedback from the client.

The nomination highlighted Brian’s impact:

“Brian has delivered over and above on two recent B&Q projects. In Barking, he took on the role as equipment coordinator—what we did not realise as a business was that the position should have had two people assigned to it. Brian effectively did the job of three people in that store and delivered the equipment to an excellent standard ready for opening.

Brian also delivered his first closure store at Carmarthen, which he completed to an excellent standard and received great feedback from both B&Q and B&M. He was amazing throughout the programme, reaching out when needed, taking on advice and learning quickly.

An excellent month for Brian, well done and thank you.”
