Employee of the month

Each month we reward members from our team who have gone above and beyond their duties and earned Employee of the Month.

There were many nominees this month, however, the winner was chosen due to their outstanding dedication, communication, and hard work.

We’re delighted to announce that June’s Employee of the Month has been awarded to George Mazzoncini.

George excels at working with individuals and teams. He communicates well (he’s a good talker and listens too!), and is a great team player, sharing responsibilities and Kudos when the team succeeds.

George works extremely hard for the team and demonstrates a great understanding of our high standards and objectives, working hard to make them happen.

Bluestones One Account Manager, Andy Smethurst, has said:

“George has been a great ambassador for Bluestones whilst he has been working on the New City Plumbing contract. He has been great at communicating both with the customer and Bluestones.”

A special mention also goes to Adil Hussain & Tonianne Adamson who have also shown exceptional performance.

Every Employee of the Month wins a £40 voucher – congratulations, George!

What do you find challenging? We come up against challenges each day and overcoming them is what I love to do. What do you enjoy?I enjoy the fact that each day is different, you never know what each day will
