We’re proud to announce Danielle Johnson as our Employee of the Month for October!

At Bluestones One, we continue to recognise the dedication, growth and leadership shown by our team members. For October 2025, we are delighted to announce that Danielle Johnson has been selected as our Employee of the Month.

Since joining us, Danielle has made significant progress and shown real leadership potential. She has taken charge of a small team, delivering outstanding results whilst also nurturing and developing her colleagues.

The nomination from Angie Jones praised her mindset, her capability and her ability to lead by example:

“Since joining us, Danielle has come on leaps and bounds, showing that she has the capability of running a team, albeit a small team; she has still managed to deliver an outstanding job and continues to nurture other members of her team. She has the right mentality to be an outstanding team leader.”

Danielle reflects the values we champion here at Bluestones One. Her natural leadership, dedication to her role, and genuine care for her colleagues have made a real impact across the team.

Congratulations to Danielle on being named October’s Employee of the Month! It’s fantastic to see the positive influence you’ve had within your team.

We’d also like to give a special shout-out to Mariam Lee Shatla and Eddie Kimber for their continued hard work and positive contributions this month. Thank you for everything you do to support the team!
