Daniel Parker wins Employee of the Month for June

Daniel, who works as one of our team leaders, has consistently demonstrated outstanding performance since the project's inception. However, it was his remarkable efforts over the past month that truly set him apart, earning him this well-deserved accolade.

We are delighted to announce that Daniel Parker has been named Employee of the Month for June, in recognition of his exceptional contributions to the B&Q Bathroom Neutron project.

Daniel, who works as one of our team leaders, has consistently demonstrated outstanding performance since the project’s inception. However, it was his remarkable efforts over the past month that truly set him apart, earning him this well-deserved accolade.

The nomination, put forward by Andy Smethurst, highlights Daniel’s numerous achievements and the impact he has made on the project’s success. His work has garnered impressive feedback from both store-level staff and senior leadership within B&Q, underscoring the breadth of his influence.

One of Daniel’s most notable accomplishments has been his flawless execution of store deliveries. To date, he has successfully completed several store implementations, none of which have required any follow-up visits – a testament to his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to getting things right the first time.

Colleagues have consistently praised Daniel’s communication skills, describing them as “always on point”. His proactive approach to problem-solving has been particularly valuable to the project.
