Employee of the Month

We’re proud to announce Danielle Johnson as Bluestones One’s Employee of the Month for October!

Charlotte’s contribution has been remarkable, not only in the work she delivers but also in the way she uplifts those around her. Always cheerful and approachable, Charlotte takes the time to listen to her colleagues, offering support wherever she can and ensuring everyone feels respected. Her willingness to dedicate time to problem-solving, no matter how big or small the issue, truly sets her apart.

We’re delighted to announce that for this month, two outstanding team members have been recognised as our Employees of the Month – Mark Green and Bryan Carmont. Both have gone above and beyond in their roles, setting a fantastic example for the whole team.

Oswald made an immediate impact during his first assignment with Wickes. He demonstrated a quick grasp of the systems, adapted seamlessly to new processes and approached every task with enthusiasm and determination. His positive attitude and commitment to learning have stood out, making him a valued member of the team from day one.

Richy went above and beyond his duties by stepping in to help a customer in distress. Although it was not part of his role, he took the time to comfort and console her, demonstrating genuine empathy and care.

This month, we are proud to recognise Brian Gudgin as our Employee of the Month for May, for going above and beyond in his role, making a significant impact at B&Q.

Tonianne has gone from strength to strength over the past few weeks. After stepping up as team lead on the Worcester store project, she quickly impressed both our team and the client with her leadership and professionalism.

Sam has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication to supporting our field teams. Always available and quick to respond, Sam has become the go-to person for resolving problems that our field staff encounter.

Each month we reward members from our team who have gone above and beyond their duties and earned Employee of the Month.
