Summary

B&Q has become one of the largest DIY retailers in the country with over 300 stores nationwide. Bluestones One are a proud supplier working alongside their teams and other suppliers delivering their latest concession store based inside Asda in the North East town of Hartlepool.

Challenges

B&Q have over 40,000 articles and has selected their bestsellers to merchandise in this concession store. The Bluestones One team were in the store over 2 weeks, working deliveries, moving stock and merchandising the shelves to a high standard ensuring that every item is planned.

Results

The store opened on time and was welcomed by the customers of Hartlepool as they currently do not have a major DIY retailer within the town.

We look forward to moving onto our next project with B&Q.

B&M: New Store Merchandising

Bluestones One’s Merchandising Division is the sole supplier for the Dulux merchandising within B&M stores, supplying teams to deliver all merchandising activity across the full store estate, including new store implementation.
