Case Study: B&M

Summary

Bluestones One’s Merchandising Division is the sole supplier for the Dulux merchandising within B&M stores, supplying teams to deliver all merchandising activity across the full store estate, including new store implementation.

Challenges

All stores regardless of their grade are merchandised on a specific day of the week, according to the project requirements for that particular store. The greatest challenge is finding teams that can support the activity for 1 day only, potentially in the middle of the week. We overcome this by having multi-skilled teams throughout the UK and due to the differing types and scales of activity that we have across various retailers, we are able to meet their requirements.

Results

Stores are always delivered on the specified date to a fantastic standard.
