Case Study: The Range

Summary

As part of seasonal changes within The Range stores, we were asked to implement the Cuprinol Spring project end change in 160 of the retailer’s stores over a 5 day period. We immobilised our team of merchandisers to cover the length and breadth of the country to complete the project with the timescale and to budget.

Challenges

The biggest challenge with this project was completing a seasonal end change during a busy trading period, however, this was a fairly standard project for our very capable teams.

Results

Although our teams competed with a busy trading period, all stores were 100% compliant and completed on time without the need to revisit a single store.
