As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for guiding teams ranging from 1 to 40 members, adapting your leadership style to each unique project. You’ll work in retail stores nationwide, managing flexible 12-hour shifts across days, nights and weekends. Your positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills will be crucial as you collaborate with team members and our established client base.

Rate of pay

Job roles & duties
- Execute tasks to specified standards within given timeframes
- Merchandise stock according to schedules, plans & specifications
- Conduct stock counting and removal operations as briefed
- Rework store fixtures following provided briefs and line plans
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment at all times
- Ensure shop floor cleanliness and organisation throughout shifts
- Complete detailed site reports using our internal reporting app
- Liaise with Store/Duty Managers regarding operational issues
- Perform additional duties as requested by Store/Duty Manager
