Bluestones One are seeking an experienced Account Manager, on behalf of a large service provider with offices in Wrexham.
Working as part of a large team, duties will include;
· Contract Administration including processing, and setting up on internal systems as well as the companies in house CRM
· Offering a service to new customers to administer the tools and ‘know how’ of cancelling current supplier contracts in accordance to correct terms and conditions
· Dealing with legal terms and conditions of contracts including Competitors
· Making outbound calls/outbound emails to new Customers
· Account management of existing contracts
· Handling inbound calls and emails
This role requires Candidate with excellent organisational and time management skills, who have the ability to converse over the phone confidently.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm and Friday 8:30am – 4pm.
