ZebraLight Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Telesales Manager to develop and drive a team of 8 Telesales Executives, on behalf of a well-established Service Provider with offices in Wrexham.
The ideal Candidate will have a strong Sales background, with experience of organising and structuring a sales team to maximise on revenue and profit. You will have a proven track record of guiding teams to achieve results, as well as strong coaching skills and experience of driving high performance.
Key duties will include;
- Dealing with enquiries and distributing to your team
- Managing the diaries of Business Development Managers, ensuring no conflicts
- Booking Client meetings and new business meetings for the Business Development team
- Managing all inbound queries
- Compiling a weekly sales report
- Updating records on the company portal
- Ensure your team are meeting and exceeding all sales targets set

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, and Friday 8:30am – 4pm.
