Bluestones One are currently seeking an experienced Telesales Manager to develop and drive a team of 8 Telesales Executives, on behalf of a well-established Service Provider with offices in Wrexham.
The ideal Candidate will have a strong Sales background, with experience of organising and structuring a sales team to maximise on revenue and profit. You will have a proven track record of guiding teams to achieve results, as well as strong coaching skills and experience of driving high performance.
Key duties will include;
Dealing with enquiries and distributing to your team
Managing the diaries of Business Development Managers, ensuring no conflicts
Booking Client meetings and new business meetings for the Business Development team
Managing all inbound queries
Compiling a weekly sales report
Updating records on the company portal
Ensure your team are meeting and exceeding all sales targets set

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, and Friday 8:30am – 4pm.
