Bluestones One are currently seeking an experienced Telesales Executive on behalf of a large service provider based in Wrexham.
Reporting to the Telesales Manager as part of the Telesales Team, the individual will be expected to engage with potential new customers to make appointments for the Sales team to visit and sell the companies product portfolio.
The successful application will be expected to;
- Identify opportunities, quantify leads and book appointments for the sales teams with the emphasis on high quality leads
- Proactively follow up inbound leads
- Use initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies across the service area
To success in this demanding target driven environment you must be able to display excellent listening skills, as well as a high level of timekeeping and organisation.
A confident telephone manner is essential, and the ability to work within a team environment is paramount. You will need to the ability to develop new ideas and employ a problem solving initiative for different scenarios. Working under pressure and delivering on targets is a key component of the role, as is the ability to converse at all levels and create effective and positive working relationships with the customer base.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm.
The salary on offer is £18,000 pa plus uncapped commission.
