Bluestones One is currently seeking a Business Development Manager on behalf of a well-established Wirral based firm.
Due to continuous expansion, we are seeking Candidates who thrive on winning new business. You will be supporting the business by identifying prospects, selling products and services by phone, answering incoming customer calls, make outgoing sales calls and closing opportunities. We are seeking confident and IT literate Candidates, ideally with experience within the IT Sector (although this is not essential).
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilities and develop existing skills, and to gain experience in managing your own task load. The role requires you to deliver against business priorities and targets to drive the business forward.
Key tasks shall include;
- Generating your own leads, appointments and referrals targeting B2B
- Speak with businesses and owners, gather information about the key decision maker and introduce the company and products to them
- Take ownership and responsibility for achieving and exceeding specific sales targets
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, closing sales and drive revenue
- Drive and maintain high levels of customer service and support
- · Schedule sales opportunities with business owners and directors to promote products and services
- Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline
- Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focused high energy and high reward culture
- Achieve designated call activity targets
- Liaising with new and existing clients
- Ensure the daily/weekly/monthly reporting is completed
- Management of Client Accounts
- Providing sales forecasting/prospecting reports to MD
