Bluestones One is currently recruiting for an experienced administration professional/Executive PA to join a well-established financial advisory firm in Nantwich.
As part of a motivated team, you will be providing administration support to the Financial Planners in conjunction with the existing back off team.
The Client Manager primarily delivers high quality administration support to the Financial Advisors. The objective is to deliver a great service and advice to every client whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance standards are maintained.
The key responsibilities include;
Managing a portfolio of the practice clients and working closely with your team of Advisors
Managing a team of Advisors
Preparing paperwork for Client meetings and providing support to your Advisors
Processing new business and carrying out Executive PA/administration tasks
Building relationships with Clients, delivering excellent client service at all times
Maintaining compliance and demonstrating commercial awareness
Host responsibilities at internal client event
The ideal Candidate must have the following attributes;

Excellent IT skills
Excellent English spelling and grammar skills are a must
Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant experience is desirable
