Bluestones One are working with a long standing company based in the Macclesfield area. We are recruiting for a vibrant enthusiastic Call Centre Trainer to join their team.
What Duties does the Call Centre Trainer/Coach include?:-
You will plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training and coaching program for staff
Train new members of staff, existing staff and anyone that needs some 121 guidance
You will monitor and develop individual coaching plans in accordance to requirements
Identify training needs through observation
Provide coaching and training sessions to ensure staff development
Manage training budgets
What experience does the Call Centre Trainer/Coach need to have?
Previous experience in a Call Centre Sales environment
Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
Proven experience motivating and training and guiding a team to success
Proactively understand the targets the Call Centre has and identify the areas to improve in order to hit that target
Problem solving skills
Decision making skills
Able to manage multiple projects
This is a really, exciting opportunity to be a major player in the growth and success of a Call Centre. Working Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm flexibility is essential.
Salary is £22k approx. dependent on experience
