Each month we reward members of our team who have gone above and beyond their duties and earned Employee of the Month and this winner was chosen due to their fantastic teamwork and work ethic. 

We’re delighted to announce that October’s Employee of the Month has been awarded to Mihaita Cojanu!

Mihaita is a great team player, works extremely hard, and has shown exceptional performance during the recent project with B&Q.

He was nominated by B&Q Account Manager, Andy Smethurst, who has said:

“Mihaita received great feedback from B&Q and has done an excellent job in a very challenging store this month! He was really supportive, he completed everything myself and the team had thrown at him and went over and above the call of duty. He was very engaging with key team members of our client, speaking openly and confidently with them about the project. He represented the business well and I felt particularly proud of him when walking the seniors around.”

A special mention also goes to Patrick Connor, Tonianne Adamson and George Mazzoncini who have also shown exceptional performance.
