Each month we reward members from our team who have gone above and beyond their duties and earned Employee of the Month and this winner was chosen due to their leadership and communication skills.
We’re delighted to announce that August’s Employee of the Month has been awarded to Gary Croucher.
Gary is a great team player and works extremely hard. He has really proven himself as a valuable member of the team and we’re very proud of how he understands our high standards and works hard to make them happen.
He was nominated by Richard Jones who has said:
“He has took control of our Morrisons Redcar account and he has managed and communicated well whist delivering to a high standard.”
A special mention also goes to Nigel Bew and Kerrie Oram who have also shown exceptional performance.
