Summary

Bluestones One were proud to support the pest control experts Ecolab by helping them to gain access to install complex and sophisticated netting that prevents pigeons and other birds accidently gaining access into retail stores, warehouses and outlets. Working in partnership with Ecolab fitters and the store managers Bluestones One coordinated removing stock and racking and equipment to gain access and minimise the distribution to customers and store staff.

Challenges

Bluestones One worked closely with both Ecolab and the stores to create a phasing plan that ensured that ranges were removed in co-ordination with stock deliveries and traffic movement so that the store operation was not disrupted and stock was kept on sale for customers at all times.

Results

The project was completed on time and within budget and all merchandising, racking and equipment returned back to standard.

Bluestones One received very positive feedback from the customer and client and further orders have now been placed..
