Nominated by Janet Billingham, Lee has recently completed three weeks supporting the opening of the new superstore in Wynyard, where he received outstanding feedback for his skill, leadership, and communication throughout the project. His commitment and professionalism shone from start to finish, and the team couldn’t speak highly enough of the positive impact he made.

His Project Manager summed it up perfectly: “If I could handpick my support team for every project, Lee would be at the top of the list, if not leading it as Captain!” That recognition reflects not just his hard work over the past few weeks, but the consistency and excellence Lee brings to every task.

We’d also like to give special mentions to Gary Christer and Mark Wilton, whose contributions have also been exceptional this month. Their support and dedication have not gone unnoticed.

At Bluestones One, we continue to recognise the dedication, growth and leadership shown by our team members. For October 2025, we are delighted to announce that Danielle Johnson has been selected as our Employee of the Month.

Since joining us, Danielle has made significant progress and shown real leadership potential. She has taken charge of a small team, delivering outstanding results whilst also nurturing and developing her colleagues.

Charlotte’s contribution has been remarkable, not only in the work she delivers but also in the way she uplifts those around her. Always cheerful and approachable, Charlotte takes the time to listen to her colleagues, offering support wherever she can and ensuring everyone feels respected. Her willingness to dedicate time to problem-solving, no matter how big or small the issue, truly sets her apart.

We’re delighted to announce that for August, two outstanding team members have been recognised as our Employees of the Month – Mark Green and Bryan Carmont. Both have gone above and beyond in their roles, setting a fantastic example for the whole team.

 

Mark has only been with Bluestones One for a few months, but he’s already made a big impact. He successfully delivered a full remodel scheme in Tesco Feltham, completing the project to a high standard while ensuring minimal disruption.

Throughout his short time with us, Mark has consistently conducted himself with professionalism and has represented the business to the highest standard. His dedication and quality of work are clear to see, and we’re thrilled to recognise his contributions so early in his journey with Bluestones One.

Bryan’s enthusiasm and positivity in his work are second to none. He never complains, takes initiative, and throws himself into every task he’s given. He’s always ready to share his knowledge with new starters, offering guidance and lending a hand whenever needed.

At Queens Rd, while waiting for racking to arrive, Bryan didn’t waste a moment – he used the downtime to complete extra tasks for the client, even assisting store staff. This initiative, along with his supportive approach, makes him an absolute pleasure to have in the team.

We’d also like to give a shoutout to Aaron Addlesee and Cameron Littlewood for their fantastic efforts and contributions this month.
